MELT is the perfect complement to a yoga practice. It prepares the muscles to move more efficiently, it connects to your core, and it opens the breath. MELT can also help yogis prevent or recover from nagging injuries, enabling a more joyful experience of yoga postures.

MELT also describes the way your mouth will respond to the food!

Chef Dages Juvelier Keates will be preparing a fall feast for the senses. As a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, she specializes in wholesome, seasonal cooking. She invites you to her table and her kitchen (90 minute cooking workshop included!)

Space is limited in the 18th Century Farmhouse and Villa, so early registration is encouraged.

RECLAIM YOUR PELVIC FLOOR: An Afternoon Workshop for Women
dates TBA

Do you have:
-A baby belly you can't get rid of?
-Chronic lower back pain?
-Neck and shoulder tension?
-Foot problems?
-A prolapsed uterus?
-Bladder problems or other organ dysfunctions?

If you have any of these issues, then you might have a weak pelvic floor. The pelvic floor is a hammock-like group of muscles deep in the abdomen which supports your spine and organs. It is integral to maintaining a strong, healthy, balanced body and "core" stability.

Poor posture, habitual patterns, abdominal surgery, pregnancy and childbirth can all strain your pelvic floor. Learn how to reconnect and re-engage these muscles using simple breathing exercises, balancing postures and challenging stability work on balls and rollers. This workshop combines yoga and a new mind-body technique called MELT.

This workshop is geared towards women of all ages and physical abilities.
Space is limited. Please email me to register!
