And if that's not enough, yoga feels great! Edya Kalev offers classes for people of all ages and degrees of ability, focusing on body awareness and breathing. Gentle Hatha yoga poses are broken down and explained in simple language, based on anatomical realities. You will leave each class having learned something new about your body. Private classes are 75-minutes and are held wherever is most convenient, in your home, office, or at The Breathing Project in Chelsea.
